Action Type: Strategic Partnerships for Youth
Countries Involved: Portugal, Italy, Estonia

Background
Youth work is changing, and digital tools are becoming more important. Many young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, need new and engaging ways to learn and participate. The project was created to answer this need by combining youth work, digital innovation, and European values.

Objectives
The main goal was to support youth workers and volunteers with new digital skills. The project aimed to raise awareness about European values such as social inclusion, mental health, and environmental sustainability. Another key objective was to actively involve young people through an innovative and attractive learning tool.

Implementation
The project was implemented through international cooperation between partner organisations. Youth workers and volunteers took part in training activities and worked together to design a digital educational game. The process followed non-formal education methods and focused on learning by doing.

Key Activities
The activities included preparation meetings, training courses, and the development of a digital game. The game was tested with young people with fewer opportunities in different countries. Monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination events helped improve the tool and share results with a wider audience.

Results
As a result, an innovative digital game was created and used in youth work activities. Youth workers gained new skills in digital youth work and gamification. Young participants increased their knowledge about European priorities and developed social, civic, and digital competences.

Impact
The project had a positive impact on organisations, youth workers, volunteers, and young people. It strengthened international cooperation and promoted inclusive youth work practices. Young people felt more motivated to participate actively in society and became more aware of key European values.

Conclusion
“Play with your Future” showed that digital tools can make youth work more inclusive and effective. By combining technology, creativity, and non-formal education, the project offered a sustainable approach to empower young people and support their personal and social development.
