Introduction
The Scale-Up project resulted in the creation of four online training modules focusing on soft skills essential for success in the job market. These modules engaged 20 young participants from Italy, Lithuania, and Spain. Spanning from November 2023 to January 2024, the course received financial backing from the Erasmus+ program as part of the Small-Scale Cooperation Partnerships.
External experts were involved in delivering lectures and aiding in the development of study materials provided to the participants. Further details about the training modules are available HERE.
THE SET OF TOOLKITS
The content covered in each lesson, along with supplementary materials such as games, activity suggestions, and valuable insights, was condensed into four toolkits. These resources could prove beneficial for educators, teachers, and youth workers seeking to delve into the realm of soft skills and seeking inspiration for structuring lessons or engaging in non-formal educational endeavors.
