The Scale-Up project has created four new online training modules aimed at improving the soft skills needed to succeed in today’s job market. From November 2023 to January 2024, 20 young participants from Italy, Lithuania, and Spain took part in this program. Supported by the Erasmus+ program under Small-Scale Cooperation Partnerships, the project included lectures and study materials developed with the help of external experts.

Every lesson from the course, along with extra materials like games, activity ideas, and helpful tips, has been collected into four detailed toolkits. These toolkits are valuable resources for educators, teachers, and youth workers who want to learn about soft skills or find new ideas for non-formal educational activities.
THE TOOLKIT ON LEADERSHIP COMPETENCES
The toolkit on Leadership Competences offers a variety of exercises and resources to help young people enhance their leadership abilities. By engaging in these activities, they’ll have the opportunity of practicing key skills such as self-awareness, decision-making, team management, and effective communication. Each exercise is crafted to build confidence and prepare them for real-world leadership challenges.

Through this toolkit, they will learn how to inspire and motivate others, solve problems creatively, and lead teams with confidence. Whether they are aiming for a management position or simply want to enhance their leadership abilities, these resources can be very useful for them and, therefore, could be used in developing workshops with young people. The toolkit also includes inspiring stories from famous leaders and a list of movies on leadership, that can be useful in building educational paths based on this skill.
