The “Roadmap” project toolkit collects the methodologies that were developed or adapted for the “Roadmap” youth exchange, carried out by Associazione P.E.Co., in Genoa, from 9 to 19 September 2022.
The project aimed to offer the 36 young people involved a pathway that would allow them to orient themselves in the world of work, through greater self-awareness, but also through the knowledge of tools for analysing reality, which would help them to better understand the world around them, so as to find realistic solutions to the problems that afflict them and the surrounding society.
The toolkit, therefore, is designed for organisations, youth workers and anyone working with young people in local and international contexts. In particular, considering the type of methodologies collected in it, we believe it can be useful for
- Workshops on self-awareness
- Workshops on the development of transversal skills
- Problem analysis (personal or social)
- Workshops on youth empowerment
- Workshops on personal and professional orientation
