Key Dates and Submission Details

The call for proposals, ERASMUS-EDU-2022-ECHE-CERT, is open for submission with multiple cut-off dates:

  1. January 28, 2025
  2. January 27, 2026
  3. January 26, 2027

Organisations must submit their application by 17:00 Brussels time on the respective deadlines. Results will be announced in July each year following the submission.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible applicants must:

  • Be a Higher Education Institution (public or private).
  • Working in one of the Erasmus+ Programme countries, which also include EU Member States, EEA countries, associated countries, and certain Western Balkan nations.

Evaluation and Award Process

The committee will evaluate the application based on admissibility, eligibility, and award criteria outlined in the call document.

After that an Evaluation Committee will review the proposals, they will communicate to applicants via email.

Successful applicants will receive their ECHE certification, valid for the duration of the Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027.
