The “International Solidarity Project Meet-Up” is a global gathering for teams working on solidarity projects. It will unite young individuals who are either working on or have completed such International Solidarity Project.
It’s a wonderful chance to learn what other young teams were doing during their projects, gather new ideas for project, and meet people who share the goal of being active in their community and making a difference.
The seminar will be happening in Prague, Czech Republic, from the 16th – 19th of April 2024.
The meet-up is for you if you’re a young person involved in a Solidarity Project, interested in what other teams have done and wanting to connect with others making a difference in their community.
Members of the solidarity project team who join will:
- Present their project idea
- Improve their project by learning from others
- Join the European Solidarity Corps community
- Link local efforts with a European touch
- Discover opportunities in Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps
- Celebrate achievements and find inspiration for future activities
During the seminar there will be many moments of reflection and dialogue, during which participants will be able to share their experiences.
It will be a formative experience that will bring together 60 participants from all over Europe.
Participants should also have a good level of English to apply for this seminar.
Who can participate?
The training course is directed to Youth workers, Youth leaders, Youth project managers and Young people interested in the topic.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and speak English well.
The hosting organisation will cover all costs regarding accommodation and food during the project.
